Welcome to MEGABAL
Megabal is a family owned business that started in 2012 inspired by our daughters’ love for cookies and chocolate. Our goal was to give her healthy options but most of what we found on shelves had artificial ingredients, hydrogenated fats, dyes and excess sugar, so we decided to bake our own Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies. That same year Ernesto completed his Fitness Nutrition Coach Certification and was very passionate about Superfoods, so he had the idea to include them in the Oatmeal cookies to make them even healthier, after sharing them with family, friends and clients we realized we had a great product on our hands and decided to start selling them. Since then, we’ve added two more flavors to our line and we’ve sold thousands of cookies throughout the United States! We hope that our family’s cookies will be your family’s favorites!

Yes, our minimum order is 10 packs whether it’s one style or assorted.
Yes, California shipments pay $10.00 and out of state shipments pay $13.00, you can order as many cookies as you like and the shipping fee will remain the same.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and if we made a mistake we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct order at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving it; once we receive your return shipment we will reimburse you for whatever product you send back unopened and in good condition; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If it’s sent to the wrong address due to a mistake on our part, We will immediately send you another shipment to the correct address, at no additional cost.
- If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address information We will do our best to assist in trying to locate your order and reroute it to the correct address but we are not responsible for the loss of the product.
- If it is confirmed that the carrier delivered to the correct address, but you can’t find it, we are not responsible if the package was lost or stolen.
- If we confirm that a carrier loses your shipment, we will immediately send you another shipment at no additional cost.
Shelf life is 4 months.

Si no está contento con su pedido, contáctenos antes de que pasen 7 días desde que lo recibió, cuando recibamos el producto que haya sido devuelto reembolsaremos aquello que regrese sin abrir y en buenas condiciones; costos de envío no son reembolsables.
Si fue enviado a una dirección equivocada porque nosotros cometimos un error, de inmediato le enviaremos otro pedido a la dirección correcta sin ningún costo adicional.
Si Usted nos proporcionó una dirección incorrecta, o incompleta , haremos todo lo necesario para tratar de localizar su paquete y conseguir un cambio de ruta, pero no somos responsables si el paquete es no recuperable o extraviado.
